Thank you for registering for the Fit for Task Foundations Workshop. I’m glad you’re here, and I’m looking forward to working with you.

To make sure you get the most out of this workshop, please take a few minutes to do the following:


Step 1: Check Your Email and Whitelist Me
Look for a confirmation email from coach@40plusfitness.com and add that address to your contacts or safe sender list. This will ensure you receive session reminders and important updates before the workshop.

Step 2: Add the Workshop to Your Calendar
You can attend either session or both. The content will be the same.

Adding this to your calendar and setting a notification now makes it much more likely you’ll show up prepared and on time.

Step 3: Do the Pre-Workshop Homework
Before the session, spend a few minutes writing (not just thinking) about these two questions in a notebook:

- What do you want your health and fitness to allow you to do over the next 5–10 years?

- If nothing changes, where do you honestly think you’ll be in 5–10 years?

You don’t need perfect answers. Just write what’s true for you right now. This will make the workshop far more useful. Many people also find it helpful to complete this workshop with a friend or family member, especially if you both want to build momentum together.

Step 4: What to Bring
This is a working session, not something to watch passively. Please bring a notebook, something to write with, and a willingness to be honest with yourself.

Having a friend or family member go through this alongside you often provides extra motivation/accountability as you move forward.
