Who This Workshop Is For

This workshop is for you if:

  • You’re over 40 and know your health and fitness matter more now than they used to

  • You’ve tried “getting back on track” before, but it never seems to stick

  • You don’t want another motivational talk—you want clarity and direction

  • You’re willing to be honest with yourself and take a first real step

This is not about perfection, punishment, or extremes.
It’s about being fit for the life you actually want to live.

What You’ll Work Through

This is a working session, not something to watch passively.

During the workshop, we’ll cover:

1. What “Fit for Task” Really Means

Not a generic fitness standard—but what being capable, resilient, and independent means for your life, your responsibilities, and the years ahead.

2. Commitment vs. Interest

Why collecting information feels productive—but rarely leads to change.
And what commitment actually looks like in real life.

3. How Motivation Really Works

Why motivation fades—and what actually sustains progress over time.

4. Self-Awareness That Leads to Action

Identifying what’s helping you, what’s holding you back, and where friction needs to change.

5. A Clear Next Step

You’ll define one realistic action you’ll take within the next 48 hours—something you can actually follow through on.

You won’t leave with a long to-do list.
You’ll leave with clarity and a first step.

How This Workshop Is Different

  • No hype

  • No “all or nothing” thinking

  • No generic plans

  • No pressure to be perfect

This workshop is designed to help you think clearly, decide honestly, and act deliberately.
